This 3 bedroom condo is an ample 1300 square feet with plenty of room for you and your family or guests to spread out. Located on the third and fourth floors of the much requested Anthurium building, it is a townhouse style. Two bedrooms and two baths are upstairs with the third bedroom and a half bath on the lower level. Your roomy 3 bedroom condo easily sleeps 8. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the upstairs guest room, two twin-size beds in the lower level bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are times when you want to be social and there are times when you want to get away. The floorplan of your 3 bedroom condo ensures plenty of privacy. The upstairs bedrooms are at alternate ends of the condo while the third bedroom is downstairs. Each bedroom has its own TV and VCR/DVD combination allowing each person to pursue his own tastes in viewing. Your 3 bedroom condo has two oceanfront balcony lanais with spectacular views of the channel between Maui and Molokai. The lower lanai is off the living room and is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal or to sip an umbrella garnished drink. The upper lanai (off the master bedroom) is furnished with two chaises. It is the perfect escape for reading or taking a nap.

Tradewinds and island breezes flow through your 3 bedroom condo. As in most Maui homes, the floorplan of this 3 bedroom condo takes full advantage of the tradewinds. Your 3 bedroom condo is equipped with ten oversized ceiling fans that add to the tropical atmosphere and keep temperatures pleasant.
