Is there a washer and a dryer in the condo?
	Yes, there is a stacked washer and dryer in the closet in the downstairs hall between the kitchen and the bedroom. A picture of the washer/dryer appears on the left.

How close is the beach?
	The sandy beach is in a cove right next door on the north side of the condo complex. A picture of the cove appears on the left. There is a larger beach just a five minute walk away.

How close to the water is the condo?
	The Anthurium Building, where the condo is located, is 20 feet from the water. The condo is on the third floor. A picture showing the building where the condo is located and the water appears on the left.

Is it safe to snorkel in the reef in front of the condo?
	As with any reef or ocean, there are dangers especially when the surf is high. But it is as safe as most popular snorkeling spots on Maui. People snorkel there all the time as you can see by the photo on the left. You will have your best visibility when the ocean is calm.
